YuanFang factory was officially established, equipped with two enamel production lines and a manual casting line.
A new pre-seasoned production line was added and new technology were expanded, which enables the daily production to reach up to 7,000 pieces.
The vertical fully automatic DISA casting line was introduced to make the products smoother, flatter and finer, and the monthly output increased to 480 tons.
The International Business Department was established to provide more professional services.
The drum Japanese shot blasting machine was upgraded to a crawler shot blasting machine, which effectively improved the questions of product breakage and deformation.
The enamel production equipment was upgraded to achieve a leap from semi-automatic to automated production.
The new non-stick cast iron technology was successfully developed, which further expanded the market and provided customers with a wider range of choices.
A casting base was established in Northeast China, and two DISA casting lines were added, with a daily output of 40 tons.
By improving the semi-automatic spraying equipment, the production efficiency was significantly enhanced, and the monthly output reached 120,000 sets.
The product department was established to design and develop new products to provide customers with more in-depth services.
By optimizing the details of the factory management, the production efficiency was significantly enhanced, and the annual production volume exceeded 2 million pieces.
The minimalist series products designed by YuanFang demonstrated outstanding performance in the market, with a total of 450,000 sets successfully sold.
Our Factory
Baixiang YuanFang Enamel Cookware Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise mainly engaged in the production of cast iron cookware. It was founded in 2009 and its headquarters is located in Baixiang County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. The production site covers an area of approximately 35000 square meters, and the Baixiang factory and the Northeast factory each have production workshops and warehouse areas of over 10000 square meters.
The products cover Enamel, Nitriding, Non-stick and Oil seasoned cookwares, including Dutch Oven, Casserole, Frying Pan, Saucepan, Skillet, BBQ Grill, Press, Griddle, Braiser, Cheese Fondue, Bakeware, Cookware Set and Camping Cookware etc. At the same time, our factory is committed to continuous innovation and development of new products according to customer and market demand. We have established long-term business relationships with customers in hundreds of countries such as the United States, Germany, Belgium, Australia, France, Finland, Netherlands, Chile, Japan, South Africa and have accepted production commissions from multiple well-known brands.
The factory has successfully undergone the inspections of numerous third-party testing institutions, including BV, SGS, TUV, ITS, CMA, CCIC, etc. And the products can pass the tests for food grade and safety performance such as FDA, LFGB, LGA, EN12983-1, etc. In addition, the factory production environment has passed factory inspections such as BSCI, UL, BEPI, GSV, IS09001, and so on, meeting the factory inspection standards of internationally recognized retailers such as KOHLS, TJX, JCPENNEY, LIDL, ALDI, etc.
